💨How I Diffuse for Definition AND Stretched Curls| My Wash & Go Routine (natural hair shrinkage)

Today's video is my diffusing tutorial that I use to stretch out my natural hair + wash and go! My curls have quite a bit of shrinkage; so routine is VERY DETAILED to show you guys how I stretch out my natural hair at home--while also minimizing tangles, breakage/ split-ends + single strand knots. With my stretch and diffuse method, my curls not only LOOK long, but are able to grow long too (because it helps to retain more length)! And, the way I diffuse gives me a shape that makes me look like I have short layers and like I have a cute curly cut/ DevaCut (but without cutting your hair or leaving home)! I do this exact same thing, stretch the back - scrunch the front with diffuser! And the front of my hair is also more frizz prone. It's nice to see someone who has long flourishing hair, keeps me motivated! 👸🏽💜

I can't use a Denman brush. The last time I used it to smooth product through my hair it shrunk to chia pet length.

I’ll be trying this method this weekend when I wash. Detangling + fairy knots are my worst enemies 😩 Does your hair ever revert after stretching it with the blow dryer? Mine always shrinks back up, but maybe I’m not keeping the blow dryer on my sections long enough 🤔
