Who ever made this comparison did not considered that Walker was purely pulling the truck against gravity without something to hold to. Not to mention someone is attacking him from his back. Rogers was pulling the helicopter but with something to hold on which makes it easier.

In walkers defence, he is literally seen pulling the truck off safely before he gets jumped by the flag smashers. He even fends them off with one hand and is still successfully holding the truck. Walker is underrated and it’s not that he’s not a good man, he’s just too good a soldier but here we see that there is goodness in him
