If you use the ab roller like this, your abs are not being trained at all.

Instead, first move into something called posterior pelvic tilt by rotating your hips and contracting your abs. Roll out only as far as you can while maintaining this position.

Then, on the way back, don’t just swing your hips back. Instead, think about pulling up with your mid-section to roll back in.

Make these tweaks and you’ll instantly feel the difference.

When you do this exercise properly, you will know about it. The ab region burns. I do 5 sets of 10/12 reps and you really do feel it.

so for those who want to do this thing but don't have the equipment or but it.i got you.all you got to do is take two of plate from your dumbell if you using the multi one or take something that is round but have hole like a donut.take some steel bar and put that plate right in the centre and use something rubbery to hold it in place so it doesn't move. (im using two rubber handle from my dumbell and also using the same steel bar from it to do it) work perfectly fine im promise

Just stay neutral spine because the psoas/core needs to go into a concentric and eccentric stretch/shortening to fully develop the muscle

That's funny cause the video i've watched prior to that one, the guy was telling that your back should be straight. Should the back be straight or bend outwards?

My lower back feels all the pain i try to ficus on holding posterior but my back always bends? Think i have zero core muscles whats a better beginner exercise ?
