As an old man I just miss a second video every week where I can see how you work with all the tools. But I also know how much work it is to make only one video. Love you all and your channel. Stay save!

A compressed air system would be a good idea

Everybody is saying "car lift" etc . . BUT - you have land and machinery - so do the ( intelligent and very cheap ) REVERSE move - and that is a tunnel car / equipment trench with stairs. You simply dig a trench - do post forms - pour concrete - and instant way to work under cars and equipment. My Dads farm house had this specifically put in when built. So he would simply drove his car over the constructed concrete "trench" and di all work and oil changes under the cars etc . . ( Think about jiffy lube or any other quick lube place - the same setup - but DIY or professionally constructed at your home. )

A scissor lift that come flush ( for cars/trucks)
A wheel balancer / tire changer so u can swap summer tire & winter tire, that will be safer in winter, and improve your mileage in both season. Scissor lift will help you install & remove tire chains as well as the tracks for the retro jeep.
Maybe an epoxy coated floor too,

You need a metal lathe and a milling machine. And one of those laser systems for welding and removing rust.

You need a lift for raising your projects so you can work under them

While I feel that your shop is quite complete, there is something that I don’t see. With all of the vehicles that you have, a four post lift would be a huge improvement to your overall needs. This comes to what kind of lift. A super heavy duty lift that would handle your medium weight trucks won’t fit into the shop very well. A good solution is to have a service pit. Basically a trench with strong ramps. You enter by a few steps at one side and do all of the maintenance that is frequently needed away from the clean shop. You don’t want to spill oil or other materials on your clean shop floor.
I repurposed an old hydraulic car lift from our old store. It is a fairly thick steel pair of troughs to hold the car/truck/tractor. The old hydraulic ram had too many leaks in it to use so it went off to the scrap yard. I recently removed the work pit because I wanted to enlarge my barn and it was in the way.
In your soil you will not want to go too deep because of ground water. You could make it 3 to 4 feet deep and use a rolling chair to get you around.
Just thinking out loud. I love everything that you have built there and your channel is hands down my favorite to watch.
Best Regards from Virginia, Your Pal Al.

Must have...A thermo-siphon convection system for heating water on the side of the woodstove & 60 gallon water tank beside it. 3/4" x1/2" copper t's as close together as possible with 1/2" risers, build a steel box 1 1/2" deep, big enough to cover the whole side of the stove. Convection system inside it and fill the box with clean sand. Free hot water as long as the woodstove is goin.

CNC router 8 x 4 I would suggest if you have the room I made a 4x4 and it was the best thing I ever made it also doubles as a plasma table that was now 20 years ago and I’ve used it on a regular
A decent size lathe and a decent size mill would be excellent if your workshop

Sawmill for milling your own lumber gotta make it yourself of course

You need to build on a 2 room addition & for the second story for 2 bedrooms 1 for your son & 1 for the future child & for the main floor a game-room or extra covered parking !

Jammer.

Add 2 recliners and a mini fridge with a Bar.

a heavy duty lift might be nice, also some system that removes noxious welding gasses and maybe sawdust. A large compressor with strategically placed wall air outlets, and a man lift or a cherry picker for those top of the house jobs

A lathe for certain! My brother has always said you can build anything with an angle grinder a lathe and a welder

Considering how much you work with metal, as well as skill sets, you might want to consider a laser rust remover. May be practical or novelty depending on your own preferences and experience

Milling machine with at least 24inch table and a little bigger lathe! At least 10 inches swing. These really do a good job of replacing grinders and a few other tools in the shop. They are useful for modifying tools making things the size you need them, Drilling hole patterns. Slotting holes, making keyways, drilling holes, boring holes that need to be procise!
