About TEDx, x = independently organized event

In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. At a TEDx event, TEDTalks video and live speakers combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group. These local, self-organized events are branded TEDx, where x = independently organized TED event. The TED Conference provides general guidance for the TEDx program, but individual TEDx events are self-organized.* (*Subject to certain rules and regulations)

Dr. Hodges is a subject matter expert in the area of Cyber Security as he has studied it thoroughly and his professional credentials, his extensive career experiences, his achievements and successful endeavors are proven via his knowledge and enthusiasm as displayed in this presentation.

To say he "doesn't convey it well" is a matter of comprehension, not an inability to connect at the audience level and provide high and low level analogies of his topic... which he did btw.

This video is very engaging. I have learned a lot about cyber security and its good and bad sides. Dr.Hodge presented so well. Everything is on point and I had clear understanding of how cyber security has impact in technology. Really enjoyed it.

Dr Hodges blatantly knows what he's talking about but doesn't convey it well.
That said it's good that the world is informed that the security & integrity of our data is only partially maintained. It is important to know that there are huge gaps for the 'black hats' to play in.
Now we need to put on the pressure for those gaps to be plugged.
