Ok so I've been on a really destructive path the last couple months. Drinking, getting into fights with my loved ones, smoking so many cigarettes, suicidal thoughts. I could go on and on. I beat myself up over everything. I always say I hate myself. I'm very mean to myself. Anyway. It's been a week since I've had a drink, a day since I've smoked and three days since I started listening to this everyday. I noticed a sense of peace after the first time I listened to it. All of a sudden those negative voices in my head weren't so loud anymore. I plan on making this a regular part of my routine. I truly believe this is part of our overall health. I really think we need these sounds in order to maintain balance in our lives. Thank you so much for taking the time to make this video. I plan on subscribing and listening every day.
