I can remember my 3rd birthday but some memories about it are false since it was so long ago

I remember my grandma telling me about a person, and than I described that person and than she eventually brought me to see her and her name was aunt judy or sum shi like that, and the other memory is me going to somebody’s house and eventually I lay next to them and then kiss them, it’s weird bc I’ve been having these memories since I was very young…… and the memories feel like they happened but not in this life
