Here’s one of our favorite comforting plant-based milk recipe, made with ashwagandha and reishi mushrooms to support sleep and relaxation.

Golden Moon Milk
Makes: 4 cups

Ingredients:
½ cup cashews
½ cup unsweetened shredded coconut
1 ½ teaspoons turmeric or 2 ½ inch piece fresh turmeric, peeled and sliced
½ teaspoon cinnamon
¼ teaspoon ground ginger
¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg
2 whole cardamom pods or ¼ teaspoon ground cardamom
¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
2 teaspoons ashwagandha powder
1 teaspoon reishi powder
2 tablespoons honey
Pinch sea salt
4 cups water

Directions:
1. Using the Nama M1 Plant-Based Milk Maker, check that the spout cap is closed, then add all ingredients into the filter basket.

2. Secure the lid and set the blending time to 1 minute. Press Start.

3. Follow prompts to open the spout, after 10 seconds the spin cycle will activate. Once this is finished, your milk is ready to enjoy.
