I have received an email from Duolingo English Test (Unfortunately, your Duolingo English Test could not be certified for the following reason:

Your entire face was not always visible to the camera. You must test again and make sure your entire face is visible, your camera is facing directly forward, and your body is positioned directly in front of the camera at close proximity throughout the test) after four times appearing on the test. While I tried my best during the test.

I don’t understand what this email means. Will you elaborate on this issue?

I took 2 times duelingo exam but I couldn’t get my result they provided me email that I looked away from screen but i m didn’t looked away i just looked on camera and screen so what’s the solution of this type of problem anyone tell me 🙂plzzz i have to get result then submit to university as soon as possible
