Aptio Setup Utility - Cannot Exit asus laptop

Once in the Aptio Setup Utility, navigate to the Security

Expand the Secure Boot menu section and disable Secure Boot.

Navigate to the Save & Exit tab, save your changes, exit the Aptio Setup Utility, restart your computer and wait for it to boot into the utility once again.

Navigate to the Boot

Disable Secure Boot and Fast Boot

Enable CSM (Compatibility Support Module).

Navigate to the Save & Exit tab, save your changes, exit

the Aptio Setup Utility and restart your computer. When your computer boots up, it should boot straight into its Operating System and not into the Aptio Setup Utility.

I had this problem with my MSI laptop. For hours I tried different solutions (this as well), but nothing seemed to work. I decided to try anything I could think of so:

1. I closed the laptop and banged all the sides gently to the table.

2. I noticed that there were some dog hairs stuck at the air holes at the bottom of the Laptop so I removed them with tweesers.

3. One of the screws at the bottom of my laptop had fallen off earlier today. I fastened it back on and also tightened some other screws at the same time. However, while I was figuring out what could be the problem, it came to my mind that maybe there was a reason for them to be a little lose, so I loosened them up again.

After doing all these three things, I restarted the laptop and lo and behold, it actually worked!

I'm not entirely sure which one of these three solutions did the trick, but I'm suspecting it may have been a loose connection issue. So if you ever find yourself in a similar situation, and nothing else seems to fix your laptop, maybe you can just beat some sense into it.

I PUT THE CHANGES BACK ON ITS DEFAULT. I ENABLE THOSE I DISABLED AND DISABLED LAUNCH CSM. PRESS F10. THEN WOW. LIKE MAGIC. MY LAPTOP IS FIXED.
