Why does this woman get so much coverage? Her performance is appalling! Yield of ARK is -24% YTD when all tech stock have skyrocketed! She must be bribing somebody to get so much coverage.

Ms. Wood isn't a professional investor, and it shows. She is basically practicing toddler economics in her stock picking, and she and her team don't really know much, if anything, about investing. She is a genius at getting people to give her money, though. Anyone who gives her money better be able to afford not having it anymore. Anyone who looks at her "dumb luck" returns and calls that success isn't really doing their homework.
