I saw that several civic owners put them on the dyno and the car is actually making around 190 - 195 hp, some even more. This is why the 0 to 100 time is significantly better than what Honda claims. The cvt version is even faster, 0 to 100 in 7.2 seconds.

it does have vtec, its just different you can feel it kick in which is not the turbo earlier than the older version

Looks like a speed limiter has engaged (because of the abrupt stop of acceleration after 219 kph). Runs pretty well still.

"I have a 2017 Sport Touring Hatchback 1.5 Turbo 6 Speed Manual in sonic gray and it is the best car I have ever owned: quick & sporty (good suspension), efficient and relibale...What an awesome car...All I did is throw in a set of 2.5 cm spacers all around, a set of HFP 19" rims wrapped in proper summer tires and it drives like on rails...Last year I bought a 9th gen with the NA engine and 5 speed and it was a dog...The difference is night and day...! My next will be the 2024 Sport Touring Hatchback which will be the last year of the manual gearbox here in Canada....What a shame!

Drove one of these, very good handling and no body roll however, in terms of acceleration i would prefer a veloster turbo over it any day .

I was wondering in which high-way you're allowed to drive at that speed, I noticed that is in Germany, makes sense, I just reached for a few seconds 170 km/h in my Civic Touring 2018 in MX.
