Croatian food is where it's at! In this video, we're trying traditional Croatian foods for the very first time and it does not disappoint. We try a variety of different foods from Croatian regions like Slavonia and Dalmatia, including staples like pasta tatters, mlinci, uštipci, pašticada, and one of THE tastiest desserts we have EVER tried: mocha caramel cake. My husband's grandparents came from Croatia. The one thing I remember about their food is that they were really into lamb. My husband's family would buy lamb from another Croatian guy in the Pittsburgh area, who would roast it on an outdoor spit. I previously had never been into lamb, but this was amazing.
