Hola acabo de comprar un fósil gen 5 y no me funciona nada ya lo he cambiado dos veces no funciona ni ok Google, ni tampoco me busca nada en Google Maps desde el asistente me sale un error en la pantalla, me pueden dar soporte ?

looks are not good comparing to older fossil smart watches.
excepting for good upgrade in GEN 6 with e-sim option in it. and hoping for a better upgrade than galaxy watch and iwatch.

I need an answer. Bad customer service. Two faulty smartwach watches. It is not worth buying if your faults are not taken care of.

I'm disappointed with Fossil's products and customer support. Their watches have numerous bugs and lack essential upgrades. Many users have complained about poor battery life and issues with wear OS watch faces, resulting in an overall negative experience. It's disheartening that Fossil seems indifferent to these problems despite receiving feedback from their customers."
