Honestly I think Genghis Khan is a better leader than Alexander. Alexander spend his entire reign campaigning and his army regularly revolted. Genghis spend his reign uniting all the Mongols, revolutionazing the military, the social and wellfare system. The difference between the 2 is that Alexander bulit his empire out of ambition and thurst for conquest and Genghis built a state that would last many more years after his death and would bring prosperity to his people.
Genghis wins easy diff compared to Alexander.
