I'm a firm believer that theirs something out there that we can't explain. What really freaked me out was that this happened at
3:33 AM, the well known time for crazy shit to happen. I used to work for our local PD recalibrating the light bars and dash cams in the old Ford Crown Vic's. Their was a few cases of scrambling that had screeching exactly like this but nothing this severe. I can tell that he's driving a Crown Vic.

as someone who has been working for a private archiving company restoring analog tape for a couple years. Seeing all types of tape damage and degradation I feel like if the "space ship" would interfere with the camera's sensor it would mess with the vertical hold but the way the image distorts in all directions I don't believe this is real. but it could just be a type of degradation i haven't seen before. so I look for artifacts all helical scan tape types have which is a head switching point. I cannot see one. then I check for interlacing all tapes have to save on the little bandwidth available for analog formats made for a CRT television, and yet again I cant find anything that says for sure this is a real piece of footage here. The people that made the movie are good because this took a long time to analyze. They obviously wanted to sell this as real footage, but i am 100% sure this video is digitally altered in an editing software. it just doesn't look like real tape damage/interference.

Its a great movie very compelling. I watched it when it first came out at 8 years old and i found it terrifying because ive always believed in Aliens. I have many countless movies at a very young age. I watched the most disturbing movies at a very young age, and not one of them has had more impact than the Fourth Kind, but it is completely fictional based on the disappearances in nome alaska which the only reason the movie is based on alien abduction is due to the high volume 9f reported lights in the sky
