I feel sorry for the people of New Orleans. The negligence lawsuits coming will bankrupt their city! The sidewalk barriers were not in place for New Year's eve that would have stopped the truck! And the police commissioner came out and said she didn't even know the city had them? WHAT? In this climate of terrorism she didn't know about them? The families of all the victims deserve justice!
