omgg I've been so invested in haircare recently as well!

Some tips:
Natural haircare saved my hair, so I recommend using natural products. e.g. rosemary water is soo good and oils as a pre-conditioner. (I also use bar soap but it's not for everyone).
Bamboo brushes >>
If you have an oily scalp focus the conditioner more towards the end (I focus mine just at the very bottom).
I use a light oil when my hair is 70% dry like cold pressed jojoba oil on the ends of my hair - the eclat one is soo good and cheap.

Also - the struggle is real with the dyson airwrap as someone with thick hair lol. I swear it falls out in 5 minutes! Anyway, heatless curls are soo good and non-damaging.

The redken all soft shampoo, conditioner, heavy cream treatment, leave in conditioner and oil are all 10 out of 10 my holy grails! I have thick wavy hair and I think they would work well for you! Also clarifying your hair once every week or two weeks is super important! My fav is the redken hair cleansing cream it’s great at removing buildup and hard water minerals from hair! The amika soul food mask is a great deep conditioner. Lanza hair oils are AMAZING. and I really like the ouai leave in conditioner and the bumble and bumble invisible oil primer leave in conditioner. I have so many other favs so if you’re interested lmk!

At the beginning you massage your scalp with the bamboo brush and then when you finish shower and your hair is clean you comb your hair again with the same brush, don’t do that because all the exit oil from your scalp will be in the brush so it will comes back to your hair you just wash it!

Olaplex shampoo & conditioner and Kérastase dicipline line is also amazing. Also Kerastase extensionist is good but I love the Kérastase dicipline range because it makes your hair super glossy. Especially the blow dry leave in conditioner fluidissm. But I do love the olaplex for damage sooo good x
