I play a lot of online gaming and I’ve never had a seizure whilst playing. I don’t have photo sensitivity but I do have bilateral grand mal seizures.

Can epilepsy become photosensitive over time?
I have Polymicrogyria and had my first seizure @ 21 years of age.
5 months ago i was put on a new medication called Ontozry on top of the Keppra and Lamictal i was already on.I never had one seizure or as much as an absence after being put on that medication until i played a video game not long ago, i never had problems with that in the past.
There is a coffee shop myself and my wife go to now and again and i noticed i had absences in there or soon afterward, they have alot of lights around the shop and a neon light @ their front door.
Any help much appreciated.

Hey Doc I avoid flashing lights I’m generalized / photo but I also realized is that color patterns in board games, playing cards as well as dice 🎲 triggers my seizures as well any research supporting that?
