A thing i learned in all those years is, if i kill someone, i retreat a little, hide and watch the body for a bit, to be sure that theres no one else, after 5 to 10 mins i go and loot.

Zombie pass parade is a hell of a fun maneuver when it works.
Get a zombie conga line and run straight at the guy you want to loot, and then hide or hit the high ground.
Being able to shoot and hit your target is also a semi useful skill that I have yet to learn after... I dread to think how many hours I am in to dayz now.

No game (and I mean no game) gets me feeling like I’ve just survived what feels like a real firefight better then day z. Even Arma 3, squad, and post scriptum do well but fall short in some regards as it never feels as life threatening.

I wish you could turn down the sprint speed. DayZ's strafe sprinting gunplay is just contrasts too negatively with the realistic elements of the game for me.

I have played dayz so much and the only thing I do on it is run around trying to find pvp, now I do not get the adrenaline rush from it.

The pvp might be good on console but to bad you can't build a base because people drop stuff on the ground do the pickup glitch it puts them under the ground and they can swim all the way to a base or so a player let's say there's Somone hiding at airfield I can swim under the map to find where they are hiding the game is broken and not even worth playing at this point if the only way I can keep loot is alt accounts

So you have this much experience, and you still looted him where he died.

I always take his bag and fill it as full as I can and find a better place, before going back for the rest. In case his friend comes to kill you, you won't be exactly where his teammate died, making it harder for him to find you right away or recover any loot.

His bag literally had 60 free spaces, and it takes seconds to fill it.
