I had to move house two tears ago (I was 24 yrs old) where now I have no set up for a tv in my room therefore no console and honestly I played fifa religiously since I was 9 years old. Its one of those addictions that it hasnt been hard to not go back to if u literally cut off the supply to be able to do it u wont go back and the stress and irratibility factor has completely gone from my life honestly and ur right I have focused on my career and figured out other hobbies I’d like to do that improve ur fitness rather than sit in front of a tv for hours on end looking back there was no point in it just like any other harmful addiction.
