In my opinion Solution/Cloud Architect(designing level is more high level task) has bigger role then support Engineer(resolving tickets) generally it considered. Isn't it? Any subscriber what do u say.

Took the career quiz…got Cloud Developer!😊. I love AI and have been hooked since I started studying for the AI Practitioner exam. I am, however, working as a technical engineer with 3 years experience. How can I go into the Cloud and AI space? Is it possible for me with my experience? Please help advise Lucy. I am scared of taking the AWS AI exams and not finding a job😢…I have a good grasp of the IT fundamentals and my job also involves SQL, troubleshooting and customer interaction. Have done a lot of AWS hands on too-AWS Cloud quests and coursera courses.
