How can you type in paragraphs in Notion table? I can only write ideas in 1 paragraph. Every time I push enter, it jumps to another box.

A typical paper is 3 to 8 pages long, so the tactics mentioned here make sense.
I am reading a 250 pages long report in a new subject area. Extracting key ideas from such a long report is not going to be straight forward.
Can anyone suggest what their best strategy to understand and to extract key concepts from reading such a long report? Taking notes is going to be challenging as the notes could be 10~20 pages long, kind of discouraging.
