Does the Bible preclude the existence of life elsewhere in the universe?

The Bible isn't a scientific text book to teach us about the universe and life on other planets. God's purpose for the scriptures was to give us guidance on how to live and how to have a relationship with Him, and get to know Him. The scriptures teach us and give us wisdom. To talk about alien life or anything else in the universe would be totally irrelevant to God's purpose in giving us His word.

The only thing I want under God is space exploration. That is my dream ever since I was little. I don’t want to only be on earth before I die, I want to jump high, fly in a suit, and maybe see something I would never know. God created a whole universe, and he said it was Good. There are three heavens. The first one is the earths atmosphere. The second one is the universe. And the third one is outside of the universe where God exists. So that could mean that there are beings living in the second heaven (the universe) because they say there are living beings in the heavens. The Ailens in the universe could possibly be angels or some other life form because the Bible does talk about giants and other stuff like that. What if those giants and other animals are really ailens that live in the second heaven and just came to this planet before going back to outer space.

The angels were intelligent enough to become fallen, they have intelligence, but we might not have known about them if they weren't as important roles in the history book that is the Bible. He doesn't say that he didn't, but perhaps the angels weren't "true" intelligence? I think they were, though, because they could CHOOSE to become fallen or in S*tan's case become evil. Maybe even though we are talked about as an intelligence made in His image... maybe one that isn't in His image exists?

Calling angels extra-terrestrial life is error. They're not from this universe, nor are they material. They are not from another planet to be called extra-terrestrial. Angels simply are spiritual, or extra-dimensional beings (according to the Bible, I am not a Christian. Just read and studied the Bible).

Read Philippians 2:10 the bible confirms people are living under this earth. Inner earth. God may not permit us to see them. Cos they have their own plan if redemption if any. Note that Paul was also taken to 3rd heaven in 2corinthians chapter 12. All these are mystery. Which only our creator could unravel

Can anyone here explain why there seems to be, in the Christian community, an assumption that aliens & UFOs are just some unexplainable thing as opposed to demons? Whenever I face the question, I usually just attribute it to demons. And I do the same in secular conversations about "ghosts" and other paranormal phenomenon.

I always roll my eyes when people oh so desperately try to say "if there are aliens then that disproves God."

I am a follower of Christ but you can't deny the hundreds, thousands of stories from people who all saw similar objects and even beings. They all can't be lying. You just can't look the other way. There are just way too many encounters and eye witness to deny it.

"Kingdoms(plural) of the heavens(plural) will be shaken. Even an invisible God manifest himself in physical form to all creation. The word angel just means messenger. Not to denote the fact that they are spiritual beings, but there is clearly other spiritual beings with physical bodies described in the bible. "Men will faint from fear at what is coming upon the earth, the powers of heavens will be shaken". 5th seal in revelations, the sky peels open and the "stars" fall from heaven...because the powers of heaven are shaken.

no need to pontificate folks truth is "with God all things are possible" - Angels are in the Spirit Realm which is the Eternal one., once your soul has flown it will be set in the place it will remain for Justice sake - God will not be mocked each soul will answer. Peace be unto you

Have you guys heard of the Prophet Rael? He says he was contacted by an alien who explained that all life on Earth was created scientifically by his civilization and their interactions with us through history created the religions. Now we’re advanced enough to understand this they want us to build an embassy to welcome them. He wrote a book called “Intelligent Design – Message from the Designers” that explains it all.

there is no marriage or sex in heaven because babies being born in heaven would not have the choice of accepting god or not. no devil no temptation . god doesnt force--it wouldnt be true love.

I think the bible gave us a clue that there are aliens.
Isaiah 40:22 "He sits enthroned above the circle of the earth, and its people are like grasshoppers. He stretches out the heavens like a canopy, and spreads them out like a tent to live in."
The space of the universe is very big enough for us humans so why would the bible say that he stretches the universe for a tent to live in. So maybe there are other life forms other than life forms from earth.
