He was Louis Prima's music director and wrote many of his arrangements. I used to watch him perform nearly every weekend back in 80s and early 90s at Resorts Casino in Atlantic City. A musical genius. His band was very tight and all top notch musicians.

The drum was named Chuck Stevens. He was Connie Stevens brother, and a very good drummer.
