As I went through the salon, I played a game with myself.... This man had written his first concerto at the age of FOUR, his first symphony at 7, a full-scale opera at 12. Did it show? Is talent like that written on the face?

It's actually my favourite piece of music in the whole film. Which is ironic considering it isn't even mozart

I always found it strange that they included this piece in the film, as it would NEVER be played at such a prestigious event. They'd always have J.C. Bach, Haydn, Boccherini, Pergolesi etc. and, if Mozart is 26 when it takes place and he's just premiered his Serenade in B flat, K.361 "Gran Partita", then a large handful of his works would be played as well. Never common-folk music.

With Arrangement by famous composer Jaroslav Krcek (*1939), I discovered him 1982 in London with his album "Raab" (Recommended Records)
