Lol, no. The One M7 had this design 1.5 years before the i6, and the M8 was released with the same design about 20 days before the i6 was released.

The only problem I have with HTC phones is their battery life.

I hate that oems put thier branding in the front. It is what it is though, my device has branding in the front.

This phone has awful design. I don't like iPhone at all and HTC just copied their design and make it worse with this huge bezel at the bottom, which they could make better by adding "HTC" in the home button or at least putting front-facing speakers.
