Dude just matched into a Spine fellowship. He’s gonna be wiping his tears with $1, 000 bills.

Definitely one of the reasons that I'm considering an in-state school.

If being a doctor is the end goal, and to become a good doctor you need to have experience, is it even worth it to spend a lot of money on medical school (or any education)? I am asking this cause I read that the doctors teaching in "okay schools" came from elite medical schools too, so it's like whatever they learned exclusively in that elite school gets passed on to you in the setting of "okay shool". I hope I made sense, especially my question.

Great video. Q What happens to students that do not match. Q After residency, how do you get a job if the place of your residency does not hire you. Q Do you think doctors need an MBA to understand business side of being a doctors.

Thanks for answering my questions.

Hi Dr. Webb I have decided to follow in your footsteps and go to Georgetown Med-school. Any advice on passing their Post Bacc classes? Plus any other advice you want to give?... And yes I've watched all your videos 😁

Based on your experience in the GEMS program, would you recommend participating in the program if you were also accepted into a medical program? Say the school was Howard universities school of medicine?

Approximately how much are you paying monthly for your student loans and how are you affording it on a resident salary? Or are you getting your school loans deferred while in residency and fellowship?

How did you pay 80-90K a year for medical school when you only get about 40-50k a year for federal loans? Are private loans enough to cover the difference?

Any advice for new interns/residents? I'll be starting my intern year in July and am wondering if you have any advice on planning to start paying towards loans during residency and also long term? Any advice at all would help! And thanks for all the great videos!

congrats on matching in fellowship. will you still be paid for training during fellowship?

First of all i love your channel and your honestly . I wanted to ask does Harvard training provide a hell difference than an average med school training in clinical rotations during mbbs ? I mean being called Harvard trained at the last stage is one thing and actually being trained from Harvard from the start of mbbs is another thing right ? I mean Harvard does charge alot but is it worth in the end ? Don't they have a hell lot better teachers, labs, facilities, etc ?
Correct me if I'm wrong
I'm pre med last year and my eyes were set on Harvard since I was 6yrs old . But now I'm really confused and stressing out . Please reply.
