Right wing, left wing, midfielder...Bloody hell, the guy was all over the place, the passes are beatiful, he created a lot actually. I never really got to watch him cos i was young back then, but damn, he really was good at dribbling too.

The young version of CR7 was the most entertaining, exciting player to watch. Both in his final two years at United, and the first 3-4 at Madrid. He played with literally no shackles on, movement as fluid as knife through butter and finishing as deadly as anyone I've ever seen.

Dribbles, shooting, finishing, headers, long range you name it, he's got all

Cr7 Improves a lot and more efficient in Madrid. I never set my eyes on him in Manchester, but his performance in Madrid is a thing u cant let it pass. His shooting technique (knuckle) was a whole another level compared in Manchester. His heading too (the guy literally flying). The only guy who improves a lot during his journey. Its rarely to see a player to improve to such an extent! Salute!

I was a kid when Ronaldo and Messi started their careers. And i loved them both through their careers, but CR7 will always have a special place in my heart. Messi has always had the edge on him if we are talking about pure and raw football talent and this is the reason why if i have to choose between them i'll always pick Cristiano. He had to put hard work to reach, and for long periods overcome, Messi talent. First at arrive, last to leave. Never left a pitch without putting max effort. And a true leader, never seen him give up before the end of a match. And i don't know why but the rush of adrenaline that this guy give me during games and the way he gives me hope even in difficult games is something else. Messi never did this for me. And i'm not saying because he is not beterr than CR7 or bla bla bla, simply i always found Cristiano more exciting to watch and follow. I guess it's subjective. For these reasons if my life is on the line in a footbal game, i'll always choose Cristiano., ZZZ

How times have changed. Nowadays Man United would be lucky to get a draw vs. Newcastle.

The most ironic part of his career is the club that made him is the club that broke him. I never in my wildest dreams expected United would treat him so bad that too when he was going through most difficult time. The owners suck the board sucks the coach sucks. No respect for club legends. There are clubs who have supported thier legends through thick and thin. Ronaldo's perfect career ending had to be at United after winning a champions league. But we don't live in a perfect world. At least this guy was close to perfection if not perfect. I want to thank Cristiano from the bottom of my heart for giving me the best times of my life, for making me fall in love with the game even more. Obrigado Meu Amigo ❤

I miss these days of full-on attacking football as opposed to today's endless passing that puts me to sleep. Yes, it was more inaccurate back then, but the intensity and pace were much better.

Look at how deep he's receiving the ball, tracking back, creating from the wing, driving through the middle. Late runs into the box. He won the Golden Boot and Golden Shoe playing like this, he really could do everything in his prime.
