He's super strong able to pick up at least a tonne in one occasion, he has super sense (sight smell ect) he obviously has the claws and metal bones and his healing factor.

Wolverine could just stand there not doing anything letting cap hit him until he collapsed from exhaustion then kill him. Cap has no-way to put Wolverine down for good whereas Wolverine has many.
The only things I'd say he has in the list is speed cause the metal slows him down
