The thighs are the most neglected part of the chicken. It may be fatty but my god it’s so flavorful. It’s also super simple to cook, it’s rated at level 0 of difficulty. You can’t really fuck up a chicken thigh, unless it’s undercooked, or you just can’t cook to save your life.

Lol thighs are 10x better than breasts or any other part of the chicken for that matter. Best flavor, doesn’t dry out as easily, most meat in terms of meat to bone ratio.
