Chord Changing Problems?

Personally, for hard chord switches in my experience nothing beats just sitting down with a guitar and just playing the transitions over and over. You can turn on a show, movie, which not only makes it really easy to practice but turns the skill into instinct, which is helpful for if you want to sing while playing

I mean in all fairness you chose an easy example to make it look easy, what about when all 4 fingers change and/or you gotta move up or down the fretboard? Im not a guitar player but i have dabbled and tried to learn before and this has always been a major struggle point for me but as i said this is an easy example and definitely not an example of what i think is difficult

what if the chords are far away and the hand shape is really different

How about FM to BbM? My solution, capo the 3rd fret and D chord and transition to G chord.
