21g is super low, i'm no doctor but dr. Mike from RP recommends a minimum of 0.3g/lb bw to keep hormonal balance healthy

I consume these calories with less protein, only 150g (I don't need 200g for my weight) and a little more fat, like 35-40g, the same carbo 150-170g and I only use boiled eggs, grilled chicken breast, rice and whey... sometimes banana

Anyone ever heard of Rabbit starvation? Basically people died eating rabbits because the meat is so low in fat and so high in protein. Plus they didn’t eat much carbs. I feel like people are setting themselves up for long term health consequences from not eating balanced meals.

OMg I love your stories, it’s great to watch someone else eats and makes almost same meals like me. I just add less veggies and carbs because I slowly go in carnivore direction 🎉😁🍖🥩🥕⚪️🧀🥩🥩🥩😅

Need more fat for proper testosterone production and other important balances in the body even on low calories. Unless this was just a day of really low fat and usually it’s higher

fine but it would be more correct to eat high protein and fatty products for dinner then you wont feel very hungry when its time to sleep

I’ve heard that if you consume more than 40 grams of protein in a three hour period, the excess protein doesn’t get absorbed by your body and is just excreted, so it just goes to waste.
