Question here: His mandible looks a lot more square and wider after those 18 months. From what I see in the animation his mandible only got moved forward, not sideways. Is there another procedure that lead to this positive result?

I have a question i had an overbite and then i had tooth extraction with braces and now i have a normal bite but nothing much chamged tbh but if i decide i wanna have double jaw surgery will a normal bite or tooth extraction prevent me from that

I thought bone needs a surface contact to be reattached.
His upper jaw seems like floating, and other videos also shows tip of the lower jaw extended without surface contact
Is it just fixed by titanium pins?
