Awesome video. I've been trying to decide b/w the ReoLink E1 Pro and the Eufy Pan & Tilt. There is no mention on the Eufy website about security... except that they "value my privacy as much as I do". I find that hard to believe.

my cameras use lan, no wifi, on their own router... behind a router. Images/video recorded on device and locally on a mysteriously hidden NAS. I'm paranoid! I've not experienced any problems yet.

best way is to secure is to block internet access from the camera leaving only local access (via firewall) and use a vpn to connect to the home network.

Great review. I believe using the 5GHz band is a must for my crowded space so the E1 pro is a good pick for me. Except I don't have much use for PTZ. I know I can just leave it one place but is there an equivalent camera out there without PTZ for any cheaper?
