HeyAB!.. A beekeeper here. your honey is ok it just crystalized. Honey got too cold. Threre is an east fix. put honey jar/bottle in warm water bath and heat it to between 95-120 degrees but do not overheat. It will re-liquify and be basically good as new. Love your vids bro. Can't wait to try the Bang Bang!

All honey will crystalize. I have been raising bees for years and just tell my friends you can put the jar in the microwave for 20 seconds (depending on size) and warm it up. Honey NEVER goes bad.

For viewers with pets take that salmon skin place on Parchment on a sheet pan
Bake at 400 for about 15 min. It will be crispy. My dogs love it

About the honey, I agree with Matthew below, but also, when buying honey try to get the pure honey and not cut with sugar. Sugar will make it crystalize as well. I am Canadian in Costa Rica and I buy pure bee honey from the hive and it never crystallized, even if I put it in the fridge.

Honey crystallizes when you leave too much air in your honey container. Every time you use your honey container, squeeze the air out of it until the honey rises to the top and close the lid. The container will look weird and deformed, but your honey gon stay squeezable. 👊💯
