Dear Mr Preppy Kitchen, you can't imagine how grateful I am that you always give us the metric measures of your recipes. This makes it much easier. Thank you so much!

I learned to make ricotta from a 97 year old Italian lady. A real game changer and an afternoon I'll never forget. Lost her last year. RIP Aunt Ann. Love you.

I just read an article saying you used to teach math and science. I knew I was picking up some serious teacher vibes 😁. Thanks for being our culinary teacher via YouTube.

I grew up on these cookies, my Italian grandma made them all the time. She's still making them at 94! They are delicious 😋

Love this! I’m waiting for merch. I need a Tshirt that says
Whisk whisk whisk
Mix mix mix
Scrape scrape scrape
Stir
Ah-mazing
Sunday I made sour cream cookies (my husband said it was the best cookie he’d ever had) and double chocolate cookies (my brother is law said it was the best cookie he’d ever had). They meant it, too! And we’re old and have eaten lots of cookies.

I've started caretaking a colorado Italian lady. I'm ulster scotts from the appalachia for context.
She has been having me make all these recipes, from crepes, to ricotta dtuffed shells in red sauce, to meatballs, to any family recipe you can imagine.
Where before I was satisfied with some bacon livermush and eggs, now my pallet looooves Italian food. Especially now that I know how easy it is.
We use ricotta for eeeeverything!!!

I chuckled at “I see a lot of things in the bottom of the bowl I don’t like or respect.” I also disrespect my cooking at times.

I made these cookies. So simple and easy to put together. I put the zest of an entire lemon in the recipe cause I absolutely love anything lemony. They came out phenomenal. Thank you for all your recipes.

Love these cookies. Grew up making these with my best friend and her Nona among other Italian cookies. We till continue with the tradition with our lil girls and their Nona's!! These treats are usually made for the holidays for us, but sometimes we will break and make them just because. Such delicious cookies. These are my favorite among the Italian cookie spread we do. ❤❤❤

I just made these yesterday and they are absolutely delicious! Super soft and cakey and the recipe was really easy and I love that they bake so fast. Definitely more of a light, cakey, lemon cookie with a nice balance of sweet and tart from the lemon. I will definitely make this again and highly recommend it to anyone. I used approximately table spoon sized amounts like the recipe called for and it made 69 cookies. I only needed 2 medium sized lemons worth to get the zest amount needed for the recipe, and then 1.5 medium sized lemons for the required lemon juice (I used lemon juice for the icing vs the milk).

Hi John, I made these cookies and my husband adored them. He said they tasted like they came from a bakery. Fluffy clouds is the right description. I added these to my Arsenal of cookie recipes from your channel. Thank you for the tutorials.

I'm Italian and have made these quite a few times. Recently, for a family reunion, i made these and added orange zest and mini chocolate chips. They were a huge hit!!

Liked you shaking off a bad call, day, moment, in the beginning and delivering a solid lesson like a pro. Dunk a cookie in our honor.
