sir i have heard that, after taking ayurveda you will regret of doing bams
, though i think that its not right, but deep down i started feeling that way .
also if you spend 25lac for bams how would you recover the money, it would take many years to earn that amount

I will be telling the truth by keeping in mind that your first priority is good income.

If your NEET is qualified or have money choose MBBS and If your neet is not qualified and you are really into Healthcare and want to do something for country choose BAMS but BAMS have average salary of 3.5-6 L(40-50k PM) while MBBS has 8 L (70k+ PM) with no upper limit so choose wisely because amount of hardwork you will put in might not worth and if you want to work abroad it will be hard with BAMS. I am myself pursuing MBBS and I don't want to demotivate I am just telling the truth.
