Bams is a integrated degree contains ayurveda and allopathy both. After course you have to do internship in both allopathy and ayurvedic hospital.
And you can work in both Ayurveda as Amo ( Ayurveda Medical Officer) and in allopathy as Nhm cho ( community health officer) and both are government provided jobs.

I just wanna say that koi bhi medical field ho whether its allopathy, ayurveda, unani or homeopathy ek Dr ka main aim hota h to treat & cure the patient, if u r passionate towards serving people u'll not compare or degrade any pathy.. agr patient koi bhi medical branch se thik ho raha h so it's best for him. It's just my opinion, no hate towards any branch
