OMG, my first time to hear that whistling after sunset is prohibited in my country. So if it is, there are so many similarity with Asian culture, the proof that some of our ancestors are from Asia.

There is a course we teach in our organisation we call it cross cultural communication, it is meant to help people like this guy to understand how others live and his culture is not made in heave. unfortunately they do not want to learn but to teach while they are so wet behind the ear. Cultures are different, likewise there are things that they do that are a disgrace to us like sharing a bed with a dog or snake. So respect other people's culture they will respect your cocky culture.
