This is a 4+ minute digital animation that describes a proposed project by Professors Marc Schlossberg (university of Oregon), Stephen Fickas (University of Oregon), and David Hurwitz (Oregon State University) to develop a cloud-based traffic control system that can help cities optimize the use of micromobility along key corridors.
