I really enjoy your show. your transformations are fabulous. This is the first tear down I have seen that appears to preserve the old cabinetry. The mirror is being taken out intact as well. I'm hoping maybe these got donated to habitat for humanity or repurposed in some way. One of the things that distresses me most when watching these rehab shows is how much is going into land fills.

When they film the "after, " they waste so much time zooming in tight on pillows or other decor pieces instead of spending more time showing the whole rooms.

your designs show that buyers will pay top dollar for great design

Great job and the staging really helps to sell a place because it gives people good ideas of how they can decorate in the home.

How does a regular person even get a chance to have you help them ❓❓❓♥️♥️❣️

Thought it was interesting the guy said at the beginning "I've found something new so I need to get it sold". It wasn't "we". As a wife I'd feel that was weird.

Definitely, overstaged - it takes away from the beauty of the home itself!

Glad homeowners are happy. You over decorate with pillows, etc. Who splats paint on walls? Why would anyone waive inspections?

I'm always surprised when people try to sell their home "as it." In my area, we know AT THE VERY LEAST)we MUST modernize the kitchen and bathrooms before listing. When I went too sell my 3 bedroom/ 2 bathroom home w/fireplace, finished basement and knotty pine sunporch out to the redwood deck and hot tub over looking the back wooded lot. THE KITCHEN/PANTRY: I sanded/painted my kitchen cupboards (white inside and outside) added new tile on counters and backsplash and added fresh wall paper., a new dishwasher/new microwave and linoleum on the floor. The bathroom was freshly painted and papered (the shower was in perfect shape from a previous remodel.) The house sold to the first person who walked in the door on the 6th day it was for sale at our asking price. The newly remodeled kitchen/pantry/bathroom was key to selling quickly.

I recognize that staging is important, however I think the gals do tend to over stage in most of the shows I have see. I absolutely loved all the wood details they added to the house and the changing of doors etc. Wonderful reno but too much gray, gray, gray for me. Some colours, if used appropriately, can be wonderful neutrals. Going for white, gray or black is just plain lazy IMO. Barn doors in relation to bathrooms - you can hear everything going in there. I had mine replaced afte being there a month.😊

rEALLY NICE. LOVED THAT WOOD WALL. I JUST WISH THERE WERE LESS ACCESSORIES. A LITTLE MORE MINIMALISM WOULD BE WELCOME

Am I misunderstanding the "Cabin" portion of this "90s Tract Home" description? It's a HOUSE, not a cabin

These gals are so successful that for me to criticize what they do seems like a bad case of arm chair quarterbacks. But, do wonder if the new owners ever consider the cleaning difficulties with some of the features. Cleaning those free standing tubs will be a nightmare. And the split vanities, that gap will get grungy. Unfinished wood is a bugger to clean, as well.

I wonder why they keep saying "Your guys's home" instead of "Your home." They are so bright and creative in every other way!

I wish we knew what year this was! The market has changed a lot

Something wrong with numbers. 415K asking price + 60K renovation cost = 475K. Sold 712K. So it's 237K : 2 = 118, 5K to each part.
