This is an interesting line of reasoning, but by this standard it would mean that when fired at an enemy that enemy would be worse for the person shooting, but still better for the opposite party? And only those considered allies would be harmed? But this means it would still work in the right circumstances either way, but could also be used as a means to upgrade should an enemy "happen" to acquire it in a struggle.🤔
