I’ve seen traps like this before, usually by some Indonesian or Burmese kid. They seem to have an entire industry of making clever traps or fishing methods for YouTube. I like the way you showed evolution and perfection of your design, and the thought process that went with it. Very nice! 👍

Man you never fail to amaze with the things you think of. Sorry watched so late. Sundays have been nuts at work.

Outstanding! My favorite primitive trap. Just a hole full of dinner.

I like the plan for the skillets. I think it makes sense for a custom and quality type of product; especially with the logistics and supply lines just coming together. I look forward to seeing it on the market.

Another great idea for passive food collection, set it and forget it (just remember to check it). As we speak, kiddo is out on the back patio making a maul using your mid-week video. She enjoys your content as much as I do.

I actually found a decent cold handle skillet at a flea market for 3 bucks, had to revisit your old video on how to clean and season it! Look forward to purchasing one from the etsy store to further support your channel

Great video as always. Can you please let us know how your other projects are doing the underground shelter and your hunting stand and your off grid cabin. Fantastic videos.

My first thought was to widen the top area to assure no contact with ground as it swings and lower it an inch or two deeper into the digging. I would think that more of a commitment would then be made by the critter. Continued success, Sir

Bro! The peanut butter! When I saw the corn I was about to drop a comment about the PB.
You picked up what I was putting down before I put it down.

Nice for birds. I think most animals can climb out past the lid. Worth a try in survival situation. I often bait, with peanut butter. Seems almost everything love peanut butter.

I like this approach. Also I can turn it into a Dakota fire pit if necessary. Win Win. Thanks for the idea.
