Nearly 9000 Russian troops are to be deployed in Belarus as part of a new joint force to 'protect its border'. The first batch of troops has arrived in Belarus and will be stationed soon. Minsk called the move 'purely defensive' amid fears that Belarus could join Russian forces in their offensive in Ukraine. Last week, Russian President Vladimir Putin and his Belarusian counterpart, Alexander Lukashenko, agreed to set up a 'regional force'. Lukashenko claimed that Zelensky was plotting to attack his country. Meanwhile, Zelensky called for an international observers' mission to be placed on the Ukraine-Belarus border. Russia is fixing Ukrainian units by deploying forces to Belarus. Kiev will have to station troops to defend a possible invasion at that point.

As Putin said in a recent speech .Russia and Ukraine had reached an agreement in Kiev in March that Ukraine would give more powers to the Doentsk Russian Speaking region of East Ukraine ..On this basis Russia withdrew hee forces from Kiev.But no sooner this happened Boris Johnson visited Kiev and may have threatened convinced Elensky not to implement the agreement .So this build up of Russian troops on the Belarus Ukraine border is obviously to enter Kiev and finish this war once and for all.

Russia will put pressure from Belarus border. Ukraine will have to deploy troops there, because Kiev is much closer from Belarus border.
It is a tactics that Russia will employ to divert resources which Ukraine can not afford.
This troops will not enter Ukraine till the last moment, till the main battalion from the East is near Kiev. Then final blow.

it is not a faltering war.Russia has largely taken its initial objectives Luhansk and north of Crimea.Sure the expanded objectives havent fully been met, but even there Russia has a land bridge and Kherson city.Objective was never to take over Ukraine, remember that.

And, beyond our german US - government, many citizens of Germany are glad to see how the Europeans in Russia struggle against the anglo - American war-maker - empire. We Germans know who has attacked our energy - supply and who has not. So we will react to that crime of war against the german people in one or another way. And we know that we need time and opportunity for a strike back.
