Hey Charlie Is Me Christian I Just Want To Let You Know That The Recipe That I Commented A Couple Of Days Ago My Custard Pie Turned Out To Be A Huge Success I Simply Added 3 Cups Of White Granulated Sugar And 7 Large Eggs At Room Tempature I Also Followed Your Pie Crust Recipe And I Decided To Go With The New Requested Video And When My Pie Came Out It Did Had 4 Cracks On The Edges But I Fixed The Problem By Putting Buttercream Frosting On The Pie And It Turned Out Really Well And I Have Really Sad News To Tell You I Am Only 19 Years Old And In About 6 Months I Am Going To College But Dont Worry Charlie I Will Still Follow Your Youtube Channel And Continue Cooking Beginning A Brand New Life In Miami-Dade County College Thanks For Uploading This Wonderfull Pie Recipe

A great fluffy texture pie Charlie! The crust looks nice and flaky. Yummy tasty custard pie. When I seen this pie I thought about my homemade turtle pecan cheesecake. I use a small amount of fresh lemon juice in the filling just enough to taste a hint of it. Stay safe and have a bless evening Charlie!👍👌💞🙏☺️

When I was a lil kid I used to hate Egg Pie because just like you said, I could taste eggs. But as I got older I ran accross many custard pies that had NO trace of egg taste and this is now one of my favorites when done well. I can tell by your use of cream and evaporated milk that this one is on point👍

I absolutely love this recipe. You know it's good when you gotta slam your fist on the table like, "Damn, daaamn, I've made custard pie twice and messed up the crust because I used a premade crust but the custard turned out decent at least. I'm determined to redeem my custard pie baking skills! Thanks so much for making this video!
