I started gymnastics yesterday and it wasn’t as bad as THIS. this is pure pain this teacher shouldn’t be doing this to these little girls they are like 5 and I see their red faces like screaming and crying. When I was doing and over split she moved my foot a little and pushed me down a tiny bit more. But this terrible coach is happy to see them in pain. This is wrong.

Don’t force flexibility so people are and some aren’t you don’t NEED to be flexible. Why would parents sign their kid up for this? When you stretch do it at your own pace don’t force it, let it come. The teachers don’t even give a shit about them they stretch them like they are trying to break them and they make the kids yell and scream and ball their eyes out at least do it when your older so you say you want them to do that instead of your parents for wing you to do it.

As a experienced dancer for almost 11 years this makes me so mad!!! You should never ever force the body to bend and twist in ways it is not made and comfortable to be in! WHAT MAKES ME EVEN MORE MAD IS THAT A ADULT IS DOING IT PUTTING ALL THERE WEIGHT ON YOUND CHILDREN😡😡😡😡 this is just cruel! If they can’t do it don’t push them! These people should be fired! I literally have a private coach for gymnastics and I practice my scorpion, splits etc but she never pushes me down like this without my permission and if I do say she can she says I can tell her when to stop and only pushes me down a little.
