These engines are not toys, they are real jet engines built by keen individuals. They come in all manner of shapes and sizes. Just because the are homemade jet engine, does not make the any less a jet engine, the jet engine noise is just the same, the jet power they make is measured just the same.

I had help from a online group that helps people build there own jet engines, it all started on Yahoo groups but has now moved to a forum.

What could possibly go wrong. We have a dismantled Go Kart strapped to a shipping pallet with an old Cummins diesel turbo welded to some sheet metal from an abandoned house with lots of fuel cans and vapors with guys casually smoking and turning things on and off with no planned sequencing.

Hi, i'm also busy building a turbojet engine and i was thinking of building a afterburner for it aswell. I looked everywere for information on how to build a afterburner but found nothing. So, can you please explain how it works . What fuel do you use ? and how and were do you inject the fuel? thanx . Great video by the way :-)

1956 Willie Coyote acquired one of these defective models from ACME co. and there is footage it didin't turn out well for him, I suggest you try the batman outfit, that worked better until he hit the side of a rockface mountain. cheers and good luck ya bastards
