I think when it's comes to bhe budget line Anbernic has done everything between the 353 & 35XX line (especially with the recent release of the 35XXSP) I think it's time they start competing higher end space now.

I wholeheartedly agree with you about the 28xx being the most pocketable device to date. The H requires a case due to the sticks so it adds a bit thickness and the SP isn’t really all that pocketable as thick as it is. 28xx is almost unnoticeable in the pocket with the same power. I find myself playing fighting and racing game primarily on the 28xx while grabbing a beer or food with friends.

I actually find the 28XX more comfortable to play with the smaller button and d pad.

I love it but the buttons don’t need to be that small to fit in the console. They could have fit regular buttons no problem.

You're totally right. Pocketability matters a lot, I've sold my bigger device with sticks to buy RG28XX, I've noticed that I don't use my device a lot, because it's not pocketable

From what ive seen these past weeks, i'm sticking to the H as the best EDC gaming device. Even sold my Miyoo Mini Plus that was just totally ignored after the H's custom firmwares started peaking. The 35XX SP is the one im also really interested in, which could easily be the alternative to the H as the EDC gaming device. It's thicker when closed, but also less length which means it could potentially fit better in a small EDC bag/pouch depending on the rest of the loadout. The 28XX and the Miyoo A30 seems to have lost quite a bit of functionality compared to the H, MM+ and even the 35XX+, and the XX SP seems to be another XX+ meaning it could belong to the good EDC choices.

I absolutely adore my 28XX, I use it every day and it’s made me leave my 35XXH in the dust until an action based PS1 game really calls me. The 28XX is the first ACTUALLY pocketable handheld that doesn’t stick out like an obscure growth 😂

It's my favorite retro handheld of the year, and yes I own the pocket go too. It's a much better pocket go. I also own the SP, but I tend to reach for the 28XX most of the time. Planning to get the cube once I can afford it.

Will the 28xx card work in the 35xx I have a 35xx and I just stopped working it won't stay turned on unless it's plug3d into a charger and when I plug it in the anbernic logo comes up and that'd it it dosnt boot up I was just wondering If I put the 28xx card in the 35xx would it work?

I have alot of GB, GBC, and GBA roms on my drives and this would be a perfect device to play them on but I'm polarised by the options.😮
