Do you want to know about property ownership in India?

Do you know about different types of property ownership?

What is an individual or sole ownership?

What is joint ownership?

What is ownership by nomination?

A property can be owned by one or more people, aur aj hum baat karenge about different types of property ownership and the rights of owners in India.

India mei three basic types ki property ownership hoti hai – Individual or Sole Ownership, Joint Ownership, aur Ownership by Nomination. Property land, residential, or commercial property kuch bhi ho sakti hai.

Jab ek individual property kharidta hai aur register karta hai, it is called individual ownership.
Even if the buyer takes help from someone as a loan or otherwise, property sirf uski hee hogi, once the Sale Deed carries his name.

Agar koi property 1 se zada logo ke naam registered hai, then it is joint ownership. It is assumed that each joint owner holds an equal share in the property unless specified otherwise in the sale deed.

This is the third type of ownership for individuals i.e. ownership other than Trust or corporate entity.

Nomination is a process jismei ek property owner apni immovable property and other assets ke saare rights dusre ko de deta hai, after his death.
